Built for the way Broward actually works.

Broward isn’t one market — it’s a 1,200-square-mile patchwork of downtown Fort Lauderdale legal and finance, the Port Everglades marine and cruise economy, Memorial Healthcare in Hollywood and Pembroke Pines, the Plantation and Sunrise corporate parks, and a deep base of construction, property management, and trade-contractor businesses. National MSPs build for the average; we build for what’s actually here.

ITP360 has been the managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and VoIP partner for South Florida businesses for over 20 years. Our office is in Miami near Coral Gables, our field engineers live throughout Broward, and our entire support team is bilingual English/Spanish. We also operate as a regional fiber ISP and own the Voice360 VoIP platform — so when something deeper than software is wrong, we have the infrastructure to fix it, not just escalate it.

Same SLA, same engineers, every Broward city.

We dispatch on-site across Broward County and provide bilingual remote support 24/7. Below: the Broward markets we know best.

Fort Lauderdale

Downtown legal and finance corridor along Las Olas, the marine and yacht industry along the New River, Port Everglades cruise and cargo operations, and the growing FAT Village creative and tech sector. Our largest Broward client concentration.

Hollywood

Headquarters of Memorial Healthcare System, the Hollywood Beach hospitality corridor, and the Hard Rock casino district. Heavy on healthcare, hospitality, and PCI DSS workloads.

Pembroke Pines

Memorial Hospital West and a dense network of independent medical practices, residential property management firms, and professional services. Strong HIPAA focus.

Coral Springs

Affluent professional services, family offices, light manufacturing, and Sawgrass-corridor businesses. Quiet but serious — a lot of our long-tenured Broward clients are here.

Plantation

Corporate park hub — DHL Americas headquarters, AT&T regional offices, Magic Leap, and dozens of mid-market firms. Strong demand for enterprise-grade IT support without the enterprise IT department.

Sunrise

Sawgrass Mills retail anchor, BB&T Center, and the Sawgrass corporate park along I-75 — retail, hospitality, healthcare admin, and HQs that need PCI DSS, guest Wi-Fi, and multi-site connectivity.

Davie

Nova Southeastern University ecosystem, equestrian and agricultural businesses, and a growing professional-services base. Often hybrid environments with both on-prem labs and cloud apps.

Pompano Beach

Marine industry, light industrial along Atlantic Boulevard, and a steady run of construction, plumbing, and trade contractors that need fleet and field IT.

Industries we know in Broward.

These aren’t case-study lists — these are the verticals where we have named engineers, established processes, and documented procedures.

Building Management & Condo Associations

Multi-property Wi-Fi, AppFolio / Yardi / Buildium support, smart access control (Latch, Brivo, ButterflyMX), unit-owner portal hardening, board-meeting AV. We support association management companies running 20+ properties across Broward — same standards on every building.

Construction Companies

Procore / Buildertrend / CoConstruct rollouts, jobsite Wi-Fi and cellular failover, fleet GPS, ruggedized field tablets, plan-room cloud sync, and Microsoft 365 hardened for traveling project managers. Strong handle on the wire-fraud / BEC risk that targets GCs at close.

Medical Practices & Healthcare

HIPAA programs end-to-end — BAAs, encrypted backups, ransomware defense, EHR support across eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, NextGen, and Epic. Multi-location and single-doctor practices both. Heavy presence near Memorial Healthcare and Holy Cross hospital networks.

Legal Services

Document management (NetDocuments, iManage), client portal hardening, MFA on Clio / PracticePanther, and conflict-check workflows. Downtown Fort Lauderdale legal corridor is a focus.

Marine & Yacht Industry

Brokerages, captains, yacht-management firms, and shipyards along the New River and Port Everglades. Hardened laptops, satellite/cellular failover, charter-billing software, and PCI for deposit and charter payments.

Hospitality & Hotels

PMS integrations (Opera, RoomKey, Maestro), guest Wi-Fi, PCI DSS scope reduction, seasonal capacity planning across the Hollywood Beach and Fort Lauderdale Beach corridors.

Trade Contractors

ServiceTitan, Jobber, fleet GPS, field-tech tablets, dispatch software for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofing contractors operating across Broward.

Property Management & Real Estate

AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, MLS integrations, lender-portal access, smart access control. Both residential and commercial portfolio managers.

Six things national MSPs get wrong about Broward.

Hurricane Season Resilience

From June through November, every IT decision has to assume the lights will go out. We design backup, failover, and connectivity for that reality — immutable offsite backups, cellular failover for critical sites, generator-aware UPS strategies, and pre-staged recovery runbooks. We've worked Broward clients through Irma, Ian, and every named storm in between.

Bilingual English / Spanish Support

Broward has one of the highest concentrations of bilingual professionals in the country. Our help desk, field engineers, and account managers all speak Spanish — including technical Spanish. End users get support in the language they're most comfortable with, which dramatically improves ticket resolution time.

Port Everglades & Marine Operations

Port Everglades is one of the busiest cruise and container ports in the world, and the marine industry feeds dozens of Broward businesses we support — brokerages, charter companies, yacht managers, marine surveyors. We understand the connectivity, mobility, and security posture this industry actually needs.

Higher Cyber-Threat Profile

Broward sits at the crossroads of three high-target industries: healthcare (Memorial Healthcare network), hospitality (massive PCI scope across beaches and casinos), and construction (wire-fraud / BEC at close is rampant in South Florida GCs). Our security stack is calibrated for this threat environment, not a generic SMB baseline.

Real Connectivity Choices

Most Broward commercial buildings have multiple fiber providers competing — Comcast Business, Hotwire, AT&T, and regional carriers including our own ITP fiber network in select corridors. We help clients pick the right circuit (cable vs fiber vs fixed wireless) and design redundant connectivity that actually works.

Multi-Site & Cross-County Coordination

Broward businesses often span multiple offices — Pembroke Pines clinic plus Fort Lauderdale admin office, Coral Springs HQ plus Sunrise warehouse. Our remote-first ops model and on-site dispatch keep consistency across sites without per-location IT overhead.

How an engagement starts.

Broward managed IT — FAQ

Real questions from real conversations with Broward business owners.

Our managed IT contract covers 24/7 monitoring of every covered device, unlimited remote and on-site help desk support, patch management, endpoint protection (EDR), email security, vendor management for software you already pay for (Microsoft 365, accounting, line-of-business apps), quarterly business reviews, and budget planning. Cybersecurity tier upgrades, cloud, VoIP, and project work bundle into the same flat monthly per-user contract. We're 100% MSP — no break/fix, no hourly billing, no per-ticket charges. The whole point is predictability: one number on your monthly budget that covers everything operational.
Both. Our headquarters is in Miami near Coral Gables, but we dispatch on-site across all of Broward — Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs, Plantation, Sunrise, Davie, Pompano Beach, and the rest. For ongoing managed-service clients in Broward we maintain pre-positioned spare hardware and use field engineers who live in Broward to keep response times competitive with Miami-Dade clients. Typical Broward dispatch is 2–3 hours on critical issues; standard project work is scheduled.
Managed IT pricing is $120-$200 per user per month, where the range depends on which protection tier you pick — baseline managed IT plus standard endpoint protection at the low end, advanced security (EDR/MDR, security awareness training, compliance program support) at the high end. So a 20-user Broward company runs roughly $2,400-$4,000/month all-in for managed IT plus security. That covers unlimited remote and on-site support, monitoring, patching, vendor management, and quarterly business reviews — no hourly billing, no per-ticket fees, no after-hours surcharges. VoIP (Voice360), backup, and M365 licensing are added separately. Projects (cloud migrations, office buildouts, M&A integrations) are quoted as fixed-price statements of work.
Three things. First, our engineers live here — they understand hurricane prep, bilingual support, and the local connectivity options because they work in the same conditions. Second, when you call us at 2 AM you reach an engineer in South Florida who knows your environment, not a Tier 1 outsourced help desk overseas. Third, we own our VoIP platform (Voice360) and operate as a regional ISP, so our roadmap is grounded in real infrastructure rather than reseller margins. That last one matters a lot if you ever need someone to fix a circuit, not just escalate to Comcast.
Yes — HIPAA and PCI DSS are our two core compliance practices. We run risk assessments, document policies, implement the technical controls (encryption, MFA, logging, retention, network segmentation for PCI), maintain BAAs with subcontractors, and prepare you for audits. We participate directly in the assessment process with your auditor or QSA. We don't certify you ourselves (that's the auditor's job), but we get you to the point where the audit is a formality, not a fire drill. For SOC 2 or CMMC specifically we refer to specialist partners — we believe in being best at two frameworks rather than mediocre at eight.
Yes — this is one of our biggest Broward verticals. We support association management companies running 20+ properties, single-property condo boards, mixed-use developments, and luxury high-rises along Hollywood Beach and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Typical scope: AppFolio / Yardi / Buildium support, multi-property Wi-Fi, smart access control (Latch, Brivo, ButterflyMX), unit-owner portal security, board-meeting AV, and 24/7 maintenance ticket workflow. We bring the same standards to every building under management.
Yes, including hardening for the specific risks GCs face. Construction in South Florida is a top target for wire-fraud and BEC at close (we've seen six- and seven-figure attempts), so the standard cybersecurity baseline isn't enough. We deploy Procore, Buildertrend, or CoConstruct, harden Microsoft 365 with conditional access, set up cellular failover for jobsite trailers, configure fleet GPS and field tablets, and run regular phishing simulations focused on the AP / accounting team. Subcontractor onboarding from a security perspective is also part of what we cover.
Almost all our clients have at least some remote workers — most have a hybrid mix of in-office, work-from-home, and field staff. We harden the laptop fleet with Microsoft Intune (or Jamf for Apple shops), deploy conditional access, ensure backups run regardless of where the user is, and provide remote support over Zoom or screen-share — same SLA whether the user is in the office or at home in Weston. For sales teams and field engineers, we deploy Voice360 mobile so business calls and texts work from any device without exposing personal numbers.
If we've designed it right, yes. Our standard hurricane-ready architecture includes: cloud-first business systems (Microsoft 365, cloud accounting, cloud line-of-business apps) so a destroyed office doesn't mean destroyed data, immutable offsite backups replicated outside Florida, cellular failover for critical sites, generator-backed UPS for in-office equipment that has to stay running, and pre-tested remote-work setups so employees can log in from anywhere with internet. We run hurricane-prep checks with every client in May, before the season starts.
Standard onboarding is 2–4 weeks from contract signature: week 1 is environment discovery and documentation, week 2 is deploying monitoring and security agents, week 3 is migrating tickets and access, week 4 is the formal handoff and first business review. For emergency situations (current MSP just disappeared, you were breached, IT person quit yesterday), we can take over operational support within 48–72 hours and complete the full onboarding in parallel.
