Yes. Our office is in Miami (4380 SW 74 AVE Suite D, near Coral Gables) and we dispatch technicians on-site across Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Typical on-site response in Brickell, Doral, Coral Gables, Aventura, and Kendall is 1–2 hours for managed-service customers. Remote support is available immediately via screen-share for any covered endpoint.
