24/7 SOC

24/7 Security Operations Center
for Miami Businesses.

Around-the-clock security monitoring with on-call incident response. Our SOC watches your endpoints, sign-ins, email, firewalls, and backups day and night, and pages a responder the moment something needs a person.

Attacks don’t wait for business hours. Neither does our SOC.

Ransomware crews like to start on a Friday night. Mailbox takeovers happen while your staff sleeps. A security tool that only gets looked at during office hours gives an attacker the whole weekend to work with.

ITP360 operates a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) for the businesses we support across Miami-Dade and Broward. Security monitoring runs around the clock on automated detection, and every incident that needs a person goes to our on-call incident responder, nights and weekends included. It’s available on our managed security plans, which run on top of our managed IT service, so the team watching your alerts also runs the systems they come from.

Six sources of security signal, monitored around the clock.

Most real attacks show up in more than one place. Watching all of them together is how a single suspicious sign-in gets connected to the phishing email that caused it.

Endpoints and servers

EDR / MDR alerts from every managed laptop, desktop, and server we watch: malware, odd processes, lateral movement, and encryption behavior that looks like ransomware.

Identity and sign-ins

Sign-in activity across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Google Workspace: impossible travel, logins from countries you don't operate in, MFA fatigue attempts, new admin roles, risky OAuth app consents.

Email

Phishing and business email compromise signals, including new inbox forwarding rules, mass deletions, and messages that slip past the filter and get reported by users.

Firewalls and network

Firewall, IDS / IPS, VPN, and DNS-filtering events from the network gear we manage. So when one office gets an attack blocked, we can see how it lines up with the rest of your environment.

Vulnerabilities and patching

Continuous internal and external vulnerability scans plus patch status. Newly exposed services and missed critical patches get raised as security findings.

Backups

Backup job failures and unexpected changes to backup sets. Attackers go after backups first, so a backup that stops running is treated as a possible security event.

From alert to resolved incident.

Automation handles the watching and the first containment step. A person handles the judgment calls.

1

Collect and watch

Security signals from your endpoints, identities, email, network, and backups stream into our monitoring platform around the clock, weekends and holidays included.

2

Detect and contain

Automated detection rules correlate events and score them. When a playbook calls for containment, it runs right away: isolating a device, disabling a session, blocking a sender.

3

Page the on-call responder

Anything that needs a person pages our on-call incident responder, day or night. They have the access and authority to act on your systems and follow a documented playbook.

4

Recover and report

We remove the threat, restore from clean backup if needed, notify your point of contact, and send a written incident report listing the specific controls that close the gap.

Response SLAs

Response SLAs as fast as 15 minutes for critical security incidents, depending on your service plan.

On-call incident response

After hours, the monitoring platform pages the on-call responder directly. Your point of contact hears from a person who's already working the incident.

A written record

Every incident gets a ticket, a timeline, and a post-incident report. Those records also support your HIPAA or PCI DSS program and your cyber insurance carrier.

The SOC is one part of the security program.

Monitoring is only as good as the controls behind it. The SOC sits on top of the endpoint, identity, email, and network protections covered on our cybersecurity services page, and recovery depends on tested, immutable backups.

For regulated practices, we run the SOC alongside our HIPAA compliance and PCI DSS compliance programs.

Monitoring coverage is confirmed per client during onboarding, based on the systems in scope.

24/7 SOC: common questions

What Miami business owners ask us before handing security monitoring to an outside team.

A Security Operations Center is the function that watches your systems for attacks and responds when one happens. It gathers security signals from endpoints, user sign-ins, email, firewalls, and backups into one place, sorts out which events are real threats, and kicks off incident response. ITP360 runs its own 24/7 SOC for Miami and South Florida clients on our managed security plans, so you get security monitoring without building that team in-house.
On our managed security plans, yes. Our 24/7 SOC monitors your endpoints, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace sign-ins, email, firewalls, and backups around the clock, nights, weekends, and holidays included. Detection and first containment steps are automated and run continuously. When something needs human judgment, it pages our on-call incident responder.
Monitoring and automated containment never stop. Outside business hours, alerts that need a person page the on-call incident responder. They pick up the incident, work it with the same playbooks we use during the day, and contact your designated point of contact. No answering service, no waiting for a callback the next morning.
Response SLAs are as fast as 15 minutes for critical security incidents, depending on your service plan. Critical means active ransomware, a confirmed compromised mailbox, or a suspected data breach. Automated containment, like isolating an infected device, can start before a person is even on the call.
Antivirus and EDR are sensors on a single device. A SOC watches all of your sensors together, connects related events (a phishing email, then a suspicious sign-in, then a new forwarding rule), and has someone accountable for responding. An EDR console nobody looks at after 5 PM won't stop an attack that starts at 2 AM.
Yes. HIPAA expects security incident procedures and review of system activity, and PCI DSS expects log monitoring and an incident response plan. The SOC produces the monitoring records and incident reports those programs rely on. HIPAA and PCI DSS are the two compliance frameworks we support, and we run those programs alongside the SOC.
24/7 SOC monitoring is included in our managed security plans, the upper protection tiers of our managed IT pricing ($120 to $200 per user per month). It is not sold as a standalone product, and response SLAs depend on the plan you choose. We quote the exact tier after a free assessment.
