This section covers our mobile applications, including ITP Workbench, and applies in addition to the sections above. It is the disclosure referenced by our App Store and Google Play listings. What the app collects • Account credentials: You sign in with your existing ITP360 account. When you use "Sign in with ITP360", your password and two-factor code are entered on our web sign-in page and are never seen by or stored in the app. • Authentication tokens: After sign-in, the app stores a session token and a device-specific API key in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore), along with your user ID, username, and whether your account has administrator rights. This is what keeps you signed in. • Conversation content: Messages you send, the assistant's replies, and the commands and results shown in a conversation are transmitted to and stored on our servers as part of your account's session history. • Attachments: Images and files you choose to attach to a message are uploaded with that message and stored with your conversation history. • Photos and camera: The app requests access to your photo library or camera only at the moment you tap to attach something, and only accesses the item you select. It does not scan or index your library. What the app does not do • No advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking software is present in the app. • We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. • The app does not collect your location, contacts, health data, or device identifiers for tracking. Security and transmission All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and secure WebSockets (TLS). Tokens and the device API key are held in the operating system's secure storage rather than in ordinary app files. Demo mode Our app listings include a demo account for app store review. Signing in with it displays sample, fictional data generated on the device and makes no connection to any live system or customer data. Retention and deletion • Signing out of the app revokes that device's API key and erases all stored credentials from the device. • Conversation history is retained on our servers for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account data, email support@itp360.com and we will action the request within 30 days. • The app does not create new accounts. Accounts are provisioned by your organization's administrator, who can also disable them.
